As Sandile was hit by the flames she quickly shook it off, It didn't hurt much though. Sandile started to smile as she opened her mouth she was going to use sand attack again but something else appeared instead of sand attack. Sandile released sand from her mouth as it began to spiral around Cyndaquil.

Attack Hit! [/size][/center] It's Super Effective! [/size][/center] Did 22% damage! Cyndaquil was sucked up by the Sand Tomb, swirling around with the rocks and gravel, before being thrown to the ground. He tried getting up, but it hurt so bad. Only seeing his trainer's face got him to stand up and face his opponent. He then charged.
Cyndaquil -- 53% -- tackle - leer - smokescreen - ember Cyndaquil used Tackle! [/color][/center] Attack Hit! [/size][/center] Did 11% damage! |

Mike smiled as the battle was raging on. Sandile flew backwards, she couldn't move but she stood up still having a brave face. Sandile's sand tomb appeared once again spiraling around cyndaquil for a second time but Sandile didn't do anything! "Sandile use Bite attack let's go!" Mike commanded as Sandile came running towards Cyndaquil with all of her speed. She wasn't as fast as before though since she was injured.

Attack Missed! [/size][/center] He dodged the Sandile's bite swiftly, but a little wobbly on his feet. He quickly noticed the Sand Tomb heading his way. It was going to suck him up!
"Cyndaquil! Run over and leap onto Sandile's back!" She called out. Cyndaquil looked puzzled, but he heeded her command and jumped onto Sandile's back. If Cyndaquil was to be sucked up, then so would Sandile.
Cyndaquil -- 41% -- tackle - leer - smokescreen - ember Cyndaquil jumped on Sandile's back! [/color][/center] Attack Hit! [/size][/center] Did 16% damage to Cyndaquil! Did 18% damage to Sandile! |

Mike watched as Cyndaquil was on top of Sandile, Causing the two to take the damage of the sand tomb. "Sand..Sandile!!(Get off of me!!")Sandile shrieked as she walked around. Suddenly the sand tomb appeared for a third time it spiraled around Sandile and Cyndaquil! Before they flew away Sandile's mouth began to radiate a black aura once again since she knew that her trainer would say to. "Nice prediction, Sandile! But be careful!" Mike bellowed.

Attack Hit! [/size][/center] Did 10% damage! [/color] Cyndaquil felt Sandile's jaws clamp down on him, but he now realized that this was his chance! Since they were this close, he could get a direct hit! Opening up his mouth, he let out a large and powerful ember at close range.
As he did so, he felt the Sand Tomb come to a stop, dropping them both off and disappearing into the air.
Cyndaquil -- 31% -- tackle - leer - smokescreen - ember Cyndaquil used Ember! [/color][/center] Attack Hit! [/size][/center] It's a Direct Hit! Did 15% damage to Sandile! The Sand Tomb has died down! |

Sandile landed straight towards the ground, She was weakened but she still had a brave face. Sandile slowly struggled to stand up, when she tried to she fell back down but on the third try she finally stood back up. "Sand...Sandile!!!Sand sand sandile!(I'm going to take you with me!!")Sandile bellowed jumping on top of Cyndaquil. Her mouth began to glow instead of a little sand tomb it began to make a large sand tomb big enough to take them both out. "Bite attack to make sure you take him out!!" Mike yelled as Sandile nodded happily. Her mouth radiated a black like aura as she was prepared to use the bite attack.

Attack Hit! [/size][/center] Did 30% damage! [/color] Cyndaquil yowled and threw an ember to the Sandile, angry and determined to take her down too. The two collided, knocking both Pokémon out.
"Cyndaquil!" Ashley called and ran to his side, cradling him up and smiled. He looked at her with a sad face. It was a draw. She calmed him down, saying it was alright, and that he did good.

Sandile smiled but she fainted as well, she flew towards Mike and Mike grabbed her just in time. "You did a great job, Sandile!" Mike said happily. Sandile looked up, "Sand....." Sandile said weakly as she slowly stared at Cyndaquil, she was glad that she battled Cyndaquil.

Ashley chuckled and held Cyndaquil in her arms. Noticing the other trainer doing the same thing, she walked over to congratulate him. "That was a good battle. I can't believe Cyndaquil learned Ember!" she praised him by slowly rubbing his head. He replied with an energetic purr.
"So, where are you headed to? Maybe we can head the same direction and travel together? You seem pretty strong." Ashley nodded to Sandile, smiling at her. When she did this, Cyndaquil grunted and huffed smoke.

Mike started to smile he looked at Ashley. "You seem strong as well, Yeah sure maybe we could travel together i'm heading towards Route 1." Mike said still holding Sandile. Sandile started to smile at Cyndaquil.

"Hey! I am too. Then we should definitely get going!" She began to run towards Route 1, but noticed that her Cyndaquil whimpered. "Oh yeah. After we head to the Center." Ashley ran ahead of Mike and dashed into the Pokémon Center, not a second glance behind her.

Mike quickly ran behind Ashley as he entered the pokemon center as well he dashed past Ashley as he started to talk to Nurse Joy. "Can you please heal my Sandile, Nurse Joy?" Mike asked as he gave Nurse Joy his Sandile to recover it's health. Mike waited patiently.

Nurse Joy nodded and took the Sandile from his hands. She quickly gave it to her Audino, who put her on a cart and went into the back.
"We'll take good care of your Pokémon." she said after taking Ashley's Cyndaquil. "They'll be better before you know it. Come back in an hour or so, and they'll be back to normal." When Ashley flinched at the time difference, the Nurse comforted her. "Don't worry, we give your Pokémon a full course recovery cycle here, including food, rest, and even a massage! That's why it takes so long." She did a small bow, "Thank you for your patience!"
Ashley sighed and walked away from the counter. "What are we supposed to do for a whole hour?"

Mike started to sigh he didn't want to wait a full hour just for his pokemon to be healed but he didn't have a choice. He started to look at Ashley, "I'm not sure...I don't have things on my mind to do so far.." Mike started to smile, "But I guess that Sandile and Cyndaquil will be happy since their getting a massage...Rest...Food..." Mike was sort of jealous since they got free pokemon food. "So, Do you have any ideas?" Mike asked Ashley.
